eprints: Planned IT service maintenance

EPrints, the externally hosted and legacy university research repository, is currently being moved onto a new server by the supplier, and updated to the most recent version, which will bring benefits including around security and accessibility. This means that the platform is currently down and content on it is unavailable. This started at 9am on Thursday 7th November and will be available again at 9am on Friday 8th November.
